AI Court Orders Ledger / E.D. Tex. (Tyler)
“any party, whether appearing pro se or through counsel”
A certificate of AI usage filed with the document: whether AI was used, which tool, how it was used, and certification that you checked the accuracy of everything AI touched - facts, background, citations, legal authority.
Where it goes: With the filing
No certificate means the court presumes no AI was used. If you used AI anyway, that presumption is false on the face of your filing; the order allows sanctions up to dismissal.
Document coordinates: Court-published standing order PDF (see link).
The Self-Represented Edition ($19) puts every ledger court in plain English with the certification wording and a free citation-check protocol. The Office Edition ($49) adds ready-to-file certificates for every court listed.
Self-Represented Edition, $19 Office Edition, $49This page is legal information, not legal advice, and the people who maintain it are not your lawyers. Standing orders change without notice: the linked primary document is the authority the day you file. Every quotation here was checked against the issuing court's own document on the last-verified date shown.
