The AI Court Orders Ledger
Courts across the U.S. now tell filers what to sign when AI helped write a document. This ledger lists every order we have verified against the issuing court's own published document - named court, named judge, exact requirement, primary-PDF link, and the date we last checked. When a court amends an order, the entry updates and says so.
If you are about to file something you drafted with AI help, start with your own court on this page, read the linked order the day you file, and check every citation before you sign. The public tracker of AI-hallucination decisions passes 2,200 decisions; roughly 1,267 of them involve people without lawyers.

This page is legal information, not legal advice, and the people who maintain it are not your lawyers. Standing orders change without notice: the linked primary document is the authority the day you file.
